International television presenter Amanda Byram endears herself to audiences with her professionalism, grace, expertise and sense of humour, making her one of the most relatable presenters on the small screen. Irish audiences were delighted when she returned to home screens on RTE’s successful Sunday night program, ‘Dancing With The Stars’, alongside co-host Nicky Byrne.
A household name in Ireland and the UK, she has presented and anchored on shows such as Channel 4’s The Big Breakfast, TV3’s Ireland AM and BBC3’s Liquid News, ‘Sky One’s The Angel and Don’t Stop Me Now. She also hosted BBC1’s Total Wipeout for six series, which won an award for ‘Best Gameshow’.
As America’s Irish sweetheart, she is best known and loved as the host of Fox reality TV series Paradise Hotel and primetime show The Swan. When based in Los Angeles, she hosted Entertainment Tonight for the U.K., aired on Sky One and GSN’s Grand Slam. Millions of viewers tuned in to watch her present the Miss World competition, live, from China. Amanda’s presenting skills have earned nominations for ‘Best TV Presenter’ and ‘Best Television Personality’.
Over the last few years, she is increasingly known for her athleticism, featuring in publications such as Women’s Health, Fit, Rude Health, and Healthy. Most recently, she took part in the Swarovski’s Be Brilliant campaign alongside celebrities Denise Van Outen and Tamzin Outwaite. Amanda trekked Machu Picchu alongside other well-known U.K. celebrities to raise awareness for Breast Cancer Care.

Amanda’s professionalism and expertise is much sought after in the corporate world. She has hosted the 2017 Qatar Gala Event, the Pride of Ireland awards and the 50th Anniversary of L’Oreal Colour Trophy awards. 2016 marked the second year in a row she was invited to host and present the prestigious Irish Film & Television Awards.
Adding another string to her bow, she writes a monthly column in Your Fitness magazine and has contributed regular articles on health and fitness for internationally renowned online publication Huffington Post. Additionally, she is a published travel writer. Her reviews on hotels, spas and fitness retreats can be read online and in print publications Grazia magazine and The Mail on Sunday.
Online, she has a strong following across a number of social media platforms and has collaborated with fashion, beauty and fitness brands. In 2017, she was invited to front VHI’s Women’s Mini Marathon as brand ambassador, and took part in the event alongside her Mum.
